When a Guest Threatens to Kill Others

If a Life West guest threatens to harm or kill others through a shooting, bombing, etc., the Team Leader should follow these steps in order:

1. Alert the safety team to the situation

2. Alert staff.

2. Record/Screenshot threatening statements and email them to hello@lifewest.church with a brief summary of what transpired.

3. Obtain the guest’s contact and/or location information.

• “There’s a really cool Bible verse pic I’d love to text you. What’s your number?”

• “Life West would love to send you a free book. What’s your mailing address?”
